Complex solutions do not have to be complicated. Behind the diversity of the third Start generation is a sophisticated concept whose strengths lie in its straightforwardness and simplicity. Otto Bock, with its Start series, is now introducing the modular design into the area of standard adaptive wheelchairs.

The result is a high degree of individuality in the fitting, while simultaneously making this easier for specialist dealers. All members of the Start series are distinguished by their technical-, customer- and user-friendliness, since identical components are used for the entire spectrum of the product family, depending on the target group.

A large variety of product options usually represents a great challenge when it comes to assembly or service. This is not the case with the Start series. The modular design makes it possible for almost exactly the same spare parts to be used in all Start wheelchairs. This signiicantly reduces stock keeping. And it also lowers the cost of keeping tools on hand.
