Is where you can select what product categories you wish to include in the Order Form.

You can also modify how many products are displayed on each line. (only available when you first load this form) this will allow people using different browser window sizes, or desktop resolutions to maximize their display.

If you have an account with us, then you can type in your Company name and password before you click on "Display Order Form". The benefit of logging in means that you will be able to see your purchase prices for each product instead of the normal retail prices and your companies details will be automatically added to the billing section of the order form. You can change these details if required.

Gives you the ability to select what product categories will appear on the order page. This is to help you, by only displaying those products you are interested in, especially if there are hundreds of products spanning dozens of categories.

If you have made any quantity selections for products in a Category you now unselect, they will still be remembered.

Once the order form has been loaded, you can still use the "Display Category Selection" screen to add or remove Product Categories, without losing any of your Product Quantity Selections.

This form allows you to select the products you wish to purchase, easily and quickly, without the need to navigate multiple pages (like a typical shopping cart would force you to do). You simply enter the quantities of each product you wish to purchase, fill out the form and submit it all from the one page.

You can click on the thumbnail picture for each product and a new window will open up and take you to that products web page.

Once you have completed filling out the form and selected the products you wish to purchase (by entering the quantity you wish), you can preview your order, by clicking on the Preview button. This summary will be opened in a new window (so you do not lose your current selections in the form).

To actually SUBMIT your order, you must click on the Check Box "CONFIRM", then the SUBMIT button will be visible. Warning this will process your order immediately, as there are no other confirmation prompts. When you click on Submit it will open up a new window. If you did not close the Preview window then the order will be displayed there.

Don't forget at the bottom of the order form (just above the submit button) is an option for you to enter your own tracking or reference number You can enter anything in there that you wish, if it helps you identify the order / quote.

Once the Order Form has been loaded, there is a small red (right facing) arrow at the top left of the screen. Clicking on this will display (or hide) the Category Quick Access Menu. This allows you to quickly move around the page, by going directly to the category you click on. Please note, this menu shows all Categories available, but if you do not have that category "Selected" then clicking on that category will not show that category. You will have to use the Display Category Selection to control which Categories are displayed.

Our Ordering system is designed for people who wish to purchase products, however we also understand that people may wish to request a Quote first. An example of this is if a Health Care Worker wishes to present a quote to their client, or their superior for approval prior to Ordering. So at the top of the order form (once it has loaded) you will find a check box. Simply select this if you wish to submit a Quote instead of an Order. When you Click on Preview you will see that it states QUOTE instead of ORDER as the heading. You still have to submit the quote it as you would a normal order. You will receive an email copy of the quote which you can print out and present to your client or superior.

For most products on the order form, there should be a corresponding web page where you can obtain additional information and specifications. Simply move your mouse over the thumbnail and if such a page exists you will get the prompt "Click here to view more information about this product".
